On Android, step data may be accessed through Google Health Connect, only after you grant permission. On iOS, step data may be accessed through Apple Health, only after you grant permission.
Step data is used only to provide Daily Movement reports, step goal progress, activity analytics, and related quest or consistency features.
We do not sell step data. We do not use step data for advertising. We do not access step data without your permission.
You can revoke health data permissions at any time through your device settings, Apple Health settings, Health Connect settings, or App settings where available.
2.8 Habit, Quest, XP, Rank, and Achievement Data
The App may collect:
- active quests;
- completed quests;
- missed quests;
- habit modules;
- habit protocol selection;
- streaks;
- XP earned;
- achievements unlocked;
- rank and division history;
- consistency calendar data;
- app progression data.
This data is used to operate the gamified progression system.

- relevant app data needed to generate personalized suggestions, such as quests, ranks, habits, sleep, nutrition, recovery, training, or progress data.
Quest Master is an AI assistant designed to provide app guidance, general wellness suggestions, and progress explanations. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional coaching advice.
2.11 Device, Technical, and App Data
We may collect:
- device type;
- operating system;
- app version;

- crash logs;

The App may request permission to read step data from Google Health Connect.
The App will only access the specific data types you grant permission for. For Daily Movement, this may include step count data.
iOS — Apple Health
The App may request permission to read step count data from Apple Health.
The App will only access Health data after you grant permission.
Health Data Use
Health data is used only for App functionality, such as:
- step reports;
- Daily Movement progress;
- activity analytics;
- quest completion if enabled;
- consistency reports.
We do not sell Health data.
We do not use Health data for advertising.
We do not use Health data for credit, insurance, employment, or eligibility decisions.
We do not share Health data with advertisers.
You can revoke Health permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Quest Master AI
Quest Master is an AI-powered assistant that can help explain your app data, suggest focus areas, and provide general fitness, habit, sleep, recovery, nutrition, and training guidance.
Quest Master may use your app data to generate more relevant responses. For example, it may consider your quests, ranks, habits, training logs, sleep data, nutrition data, or step data.
Quest Master must not be used for:
- medical diagnosis;
- treatment decisions;
- medication advice;
- injury diagnosis;
- emergency situations;
- mental health crisis support;
- professional nutrition therapy;
- guaranteed performance or health outcomes.
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.
8. Sharing of Data
We may share data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the App.
These may include:
- hosting and database providers;
- authentication providers;
- analytics and crash reporting providers;
